Welcome to ENVY Basketball Design – a brand of Deadspot Design, created by Filippo Serci.
We invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions governing the purchase of our products.

🏀 Products and Customizations

All ENVY products (collectible basketballs, stands, accessories, and packaging) are handcrafted or limited edition.
Each item is carefully described in the product description; slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the manual production process.

Personalized products or products with specific engravings (such as logos or names) are created on request and are not eligible for withdrawal.

💳 Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payments: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer.
The order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

🚚 Shipping

We ship throughout Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world.

• Free shipping to Italy on selected products.

• Average time: 3–7 business days.

• For made-to-order or customized items: up to 30 days.

Any delays due to couriers are not the fault of deadspotdesign or ENVY Basketball Design.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by writing to deadspot@tiscali.it
The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for customized or used products.

🛠️ Guarantee

The warranty is only valid if the ball arrives damaged or defective. Photos or videos of the defect must be sent within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, while replacement is our responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not cover:

damage from misuse or wear and tear.

🧠 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos and templates (including “Sound Toaster” projects) are the exclusive property of Filippo Serci – Deadspot Design.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of the contents without written consent is prohibited.
